A preview service

Zetta Decorate is a demonstration and preview of a room design service run by ZettaByte Inc. It may change, pause or stop at any time, with or without notice. Features, limits and how pictures look can change as we improve it.

Accounts are by invitation

Signing in is open only to people we have invited. You sign in with your Google account and are responsible for what is done with it here. We may remove an invitation at any time.

Without signing in you can try a small number of free pictures each day.

Fair use

Please use the service the way it is meant to be used. Do not:

• try to get around the daily picture limits, or make pictures in bulk with scripts or bots;
• try to break, overload or gain unauthorized access to the service or other people’s pictures;
• use it to make anything unlawful, or anything that infringes someone else’s rights;
• resell or repackage the service without our written permission.

Pictures you make

Pictures are made by our design engine and its infrastructure providers from the room, style and size you pick. You may use the pictures you make for your own purposes, including showing them to others. We do not claim ownership of them.

Pictures are provided “as is”. They are illustrations, not plans: sizes, materials, light and furniture may not match a real room, and a picture may look like others made for someone else. Check anything important with a qualified professional before you build or buy.

Saved pictures are deleted automatically after 30 days. Download any you want to keep. See our Privacy page for what we store and for how long.

No guarantees

We provide the service “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We do not promise that it will always be available, free of errors, or that a picture will be made every time.

Limits on our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, ZettaByte Inc. is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service, and our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us to use it, which for this preview is nothing. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.

Ending use

You can stop using the service at any time and delete your pictures in My images. We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and change the effective date above. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Ontario.
